The options below can be purchased individually or added to our support packages. |

Virtual IT Manager |
|
|
Principality IT work as your outsourced IT services provider. This option provides your business with a virtual IT manager who can liaise with your providers, in order to achieve the highest level of service for your company, and act as an interface for your business on technical matters. |

|
|
|
|
Device Support |
|
|
This option includes the support of listed devices such as computers, laptops, tablets and smart phones, by ensuring that the operating system is patched with updates from Microsoft at a frequency determined by Principality IT. It includes support for any operating system related problem. The diagnosis of hardware problems are also covered under this option, however the cost of replacement parts is not included. If your business uses a centrally managed antivirus application then, ensuring that the computers are up to date, it is also part of this option. |

|
|
Server Support |
|
|
This option includes the support of listed servers, ensuring that the operating system is patched with updates from Microsoft at a frequency determined by Principality IT. It includes support for any operating system related problem. The diagnosis of hardware problems are also covered under this option, however the cost of replacement parts is not included. |

|
|
|
|
Microsoft Application Support |
|
|
Choosing this option will mean that applications listed will be covered under the support contract. Applications need to be listed individually in the support contract. For example, if you take the Server Support Option, you may wish to specify support for applications such as Microsoft Exchange or Microsoft SQL. |

|
|
|
|
Third Party Application Support |
|
|
This option requires that third party applications be listed and, where integrated with other applications, support can be provided. Application such as Sage or case management systems should be listed under this option. |

|
|
|
Security Manager |
|
|
The Security Manager Option covers one of the most important areas of IT work i.e. the security of your businesses data and network. With this option comes a host of proactive measures designed to keep your network and data safe. The Security Manager Option makes use of Principality IT's investment in state-of-the-art monitoring software, to ensure that all your systems are fully patched and anti-virus applications are kept up to date, reporting back any discrepancies. |

|
The option also includes the management of any company firewall and centrally managed anti-virus system, along with the creation of a company backup plan.

|
|
|
|
